    When using both short esters like prop and ace (ace actually being a hair faster) ther is no reason to start or stop them at different times.

    Start em together and end em together!!!!!!!!!

    sorry you u guys thought i was trying to be hand feed with info.. thats not the case that i was trying to persent to you guys.

    i have been reading up on this cycle for a few months now and also talking with a few diff people that have ran tren ace. i find it interesting that tren affects some when doing cardio and others have no problem.

    i know 2 guys they wher both on the same dose of tren and worked out side by side..one did physquie in a comp and other did the bodybuildn ( not very knowledgeed in comptetions).. physique had a problem with cardio while the other maintained 40 mins a day of cardio..for that reason i became curious how people worked out on the cycle and how diff workout routines might affect them

    even crazier is one used pct and the other did not use any..which i find really crazy on his part!! this is why i asked for people to list a breif description about ther workout routine to see if ther is a diff in how one worked out that might contribute to the cardio factor since it effects diff people diff
