Yeah, if I've tightened up any, then I'm holding water, and that would explain the stubborn numbers on my scale, cause the pics are taken only a week or two apart.
Taking it VERY easy on the shoulder =)
The only front delt, or pec, exercise I find that I can do completely pain-free is pushups with hands positioned very low, near my waist. Other then that, anything involving my shoulders are mostly rehab-stuff.
Still feels d*mn good to hit the iron again though!
