I need to really get after this and try harder to keep this log udated in effort to keep myself on track!
Meal 1 10:30 a.m.
3 eggs
3egg whites
1 cup (cooked) brn rice
Meal 2 2:30 p.m.
6 oz. Chix breast
1 cup mixed veggies (boc., carrots, cauli)
