The most difficult thing is to be consistent with my eating. I struggle at best to eat ever 5 hours. I know I have to make it a priority and this is why I'm doing something about it and not just trying to give it another go like every other failed attempt. I also struggle at pre perparing meals and find after making them meals for the week I don't want them. It's a massive psychological battle. Something I want to get over. I'm tired of my traning failing because of my diet.
^^^Exactly this. You HAVE TO eat to gain. Period. Heck, if I find myself struggling, I put my meal(s) in a blender and drink it. One way or another its going in!!!!!Originally Posted by gbrice75

You can do it. It's just a decision. I've had days were my schedule was brutal and I didn't always have a fierce appetite but keeping gains was more important so I forced myself to eat.Originally Posted by MattyJay
