Nobody really likes to commit an answer on these type of questions, but here's my own rule of thumb - it appears to work well for me and keeps my boys full and plump.

5 weeks max for hCG in the refrigerator. However, you can easily extend the life of hCG for a very long time if you preload the syringes and freeze them in a Tupperware container. Simply remove one pin at a time for administration approx 5mins before you're ready to inject.
