						I dont really get "nasty sides"with clen as far as im concerned. The only thing is because clen has such a long active life even if i dont take it late in the day it effects my sleep at times. With albuterol the active life is shorter , so i didnt experience the sleep issues i do with clen. Honestly I think the fat loss may be slightly better with clen but albut def accerates fat loss as well. Its worth it to me to get quality sleep and rest I can with albut if im sacrificing minimal difference in effectiveness.
