    On another thread he claimed to be 25, 5'10 and 150lbs. I told him that with those stats he shouldn't be messing with steroids. He needs to eat better, to which he argued with me he's packing away 3500 calories (which, unless he's got a tapeworm, I doubt).

    Whats a tapeworm? i have been eating 3200-3500 calories on the daily to gain, but like i told u in the other thread, its harder for me because i play soccer which involves (HIIT)... really need to read the threads before giving people shit.

    A tapeworm is a type of worm that grows in your intestines and consumes the food you eat before your body can absorb it. I said that because, even with the cardio you get in from playing soccer, you should still weigh more than 150lbs. And even if you're being truthful are correct in your diet consumption, that would mean that your caloric needs are even higher than 3500 calories and so you're still just not eating enough.

    If you burn a lot of calories from physical activity, that just means you need to consume EVEN more. putting steroids in your system isn't going to fix this problem. In fact, after it's all said and done, you'll be worse off after your cycle than you were during since when you take gear you shut yourself down. You'll make minimal gains from the gear and in the time you're shut down while your body is recovering, you'll lose everything you gained and then some.

    I suggest you take MickeyKnox's advice and list out everything you ate and the portion size, calories, proteins, carbs and fats. We'll help you get your diet right for you. Everybody on this site has different dietary needs and we can if we see yours help you tailor your diet to meet your needs.

    Okay cool, i have the body type known as "ectomorph" which incudes my fast metabolism, i will record everything i eat tomorrow and post it all here for you guys to see whats good, once again, im not thinking about taking steroids at this moment, just doing my research so when the time does come, i will be ready.
