one more tip, get a blender and add:
1 cup oats
1 cup egg whites
1 cup almond milk
2 bananas
1 cup greek yogurt
2 scoops chocolate whey
that will yield 2 protein shakes at about 800 or so calories each (2x 800 = 1600 cals), lol thats more than you eat in a whole day...
