prop sust deca.. first cycle. any suggestions or comments?

Who said drop the prop? I didn't see that anywhere.

Perhaps not in those exact words, but to that effect, as below:

you don't need multiple compound for your first cycle. Either prop or sust would have sufficed.

Sustenon is test, just like the prop is, just a different ester. Stick to 1 and hold off on the other.

Bumping up the sust if need to make up for the prop is also considerable, but hence it's his first cycle I think that won't be needed.

No, Austin and Warmouth said "one or the other." In your comment, you said drop the prop w/no mention of the sust. I intepreted your comment as a deca only cycle for 12 weeks @ 150 e3d. I'm just clarifying so OP doesn't think running a deca only cycle is a good thing to do. Had you mentioned a sust dosage, i would have left it alone.

Use common sense, when I say 'drop the prop' it means drop the prop from the cycle, it doesn't mean 'drop the prop and the sustanon and run a deca only cycle'.
