    Guys i dont know what to do i wrote a long message outlining alot of my info & it says spam blocked i am certain i haven't violated.. Any tips for this i need to get the info out.

    try posting your 'long' message in 2 separate posts..

    I hope this helped it took me a while im on my phone...:/ thanks again guys i appreciate your time i will forsure continue with a cycle no matter what ppl think abt being only 21 and i do respect opinions I would just appreciate it if i can get ppls help and advice cuz i really need this!

    12 am 3eggs 3 egg whites(keep cholesterol down) 3-4 slices of whole grain bread, A big cup of milk and some pieces of grilled ham depending on how i feel

    3pm(pre workout) take some carb loaded sups! Eat a nice carved up meal lots of brown rice one white toast(for immediate carb energy) lots of Chicken! And i mean lots! Mixed veggies! If im still hungry ill have a baked potatoe.

    6pm(post workout) immediately down a Nasty shake similar to the first one but not as much carbs if still hungry id add some almonds or low fat beef jerky

    8-9pm(i try to eat my meals everyday at the same time) night meal this meal is usually the same for me every night i usually dont change it Hhaha i cook up two big bake potatoes with a load of cottage cheese( was nasty at first lol) and if im still hungry ill make my self a clean basic Casien protein shake

    1st. I am aware that pro hormones dont compare to hardcore roids but from what I've seen they do work. Most ppl with a properly done cycle have reported upto 10 solid lbs maybe even more and report that the weight is kept.

    2nd. Well bro I've waited a long time to start at 18 i was desperate to start gear but after reading the negative aspects of starting that young i waited till today and thats been hard.. Abt a year ago i asked my cousin who use to compete professionally in California body building him and his mom(my aunt) were renoun champs. He said it was stupid to start at 18 but it was ok to start pro hormones at 21(mild ones) and gear at around 25, 26

    3rd & last lol when i bulk i usually get up at ab:t

    "8am" drink a very crazy shake with raw oatmeal whey protein & some peanut butter but still watching my Fat lol

    Ok so everything else has posted other then the first part wich is small i think its was cuz i put ur username in it which may b seen as a drug term i am not allowed to post..

    Ok guys so i had to post it backwards to figure out what was wrong with my post thank u all for ur replys but i will appreciate some help conserving my cycle.
