    Beef jerky diet?

Just seen beef jerky and wanted your thoughts on it. Besides the extremely high level of sodium. It seems legit.

    Standard Serving Size 1.25-ounces 1.0-ounce x 14
    Calories 1400
    Fat 14g
    Carbs 56g
    Protein 252g

    Complexe carbs of your choice.
