Cruise would be the same as someone on HRT so you can do it every 3 1/2 days or 1x a week depending on the compound.
If you want to continue to grow/gain you need to do a lot of research and also trail and error. It's not as simple as cruising on test or a simple mix. You need to change things up a lot because your receptors get use to a compound and stop responding over time from what I understand. Hopefully there are some with a lot of experience who will help you out. I would not go with just theory or someone who has been cruising a couple of years because there are many variables. You need advice from someone who competes and has been for years.
