i would rather not use test due to the gyno issue but if i have to then i have to. having the gyno removed the first time was very costly and i am afraid it might happen again as i am prone to it (even though the doc said that once removed there is less than 1% chance of it coming back).

When you had gyno before, what AI did you use in cycle and at what dose?

Gyno can happen from not having enough test in your system as well. Any compound you run will cause suppression to some degree Which means your natty test will be lower than normal if you do not at least at a TRT amount of test. You should be running an AI if you are prone to Gyno
