Oh come on, have you tried it? I have one more than one occasion and as long as the mother is at least 3+ months into breast feeding it's not bad, even sweet tasting but I wouldn't want to use it in my breakfast cereal or cream for my coffee. lol

I have seen/read where mothers sell it but NO way would I ever give any of someone else's to my kids. You dont know who it came from and I have no doubt there are a lot of crack heads selling it to make money for more crack or worse.

The hospital my last kids were born at had donor milk. Completely free, unlikely it was like what you are thinking since they got nothing for it, but it was nice to use while in the hospital while her milk was still coming in the first two days, better for my kids than formula.

Good idea yeah because the first couple of days are pretty rough and it's usually nasty were the baby doesnt even like it.
