Yes. The GH is counterfeit and the andriol is garbage. That said, real GH and Real test - not Andriol - is a great combination.

Hopefully if his uncle is a Pharmacist he knows what he has or what he is getting and maybe he is mistaken on the name. I'm not doubting you that Somatropin is fake, only the OP may be mistaken on the name?

I would say no stack, andriol is garbage as stated and really you dont want to start messing with multiple compounds especially at your age and using any aas could do some serous long term damage if not done right. The hgh is probably the most simple, basic thing you can use with the least amount of risk. No PCT required, no worry about being shut down or having ED. Biggest problem is as stated 99.99# of fake HGH that is out there.
