Yes my friend I've done it all I did a 90 day cut which was logged in its own thread in the nutrition forum
I went from 35/37% bf down to around 14/16% bf before I even thought of juicing
Tbh if diet and training are off there's not much point in juice
The advice you've been given is the best just post it and let the guys critique it after all what's to lose??
