You will need to be eating 6-7 quality food meals per day. You need complex carbs from sweet potatos and rice and a good protein source such as chicken. You also need to be eating good fibrous greens with your meals and incorporate some good fats as well. Most do not realize how much work we have to put in to our nutrition! otherwise the work in the gym is almost a wast.
