There are a couple of ways you can use synthol, If you need to bring up a lagging bodypart for competition into
proportion with the rest of the body or you can use it to stretch the fascia to promote new growth. Some guys spend years training and have problems at developing a certain bodypart, this is due to the fasica what envelopes
and surrounds the muscle is to tight and can restrict growth. When synthol is used correctly with a properly protocol you can stretch the fascia and make it more flexible so growth can take place a lot better. The procotol
to strecth the fasica is very very painful and not many can complete it but once you have stretched the fasica you can attack new growth and build
new tissue in that area.
You have to make sure you inject in the right areas and make sure you have enough oil in so it can do the strecthing, this will make the fascia more flexible which in turn wont restrict new growth, so if you use this time to make your in a very anabolic enviroment along side the synthol protocol you can build new tissue a lot easier than
before due to the muscle group not beinmg resticted anymore. Growth still comes from hard work, eating, rest, lifting weights and breaking down tissue then re-building new muscle tissue, theres no secret method of building
tissue its the same, all what synthol does is stretch the fascia so its more flexible.
It should only be used by expeirnced bodybuilders who have tried all the training method to promote growth,
its not an easier option because trust me its very painful.
I could only imagine how painful it would be! During time spent reading and reading and reading I came across a synthol protocol that built up to a total of I think 6ml being injected in the upper, middle, and lower portion of both the inner and outer bicep. I said "ok so that's 6 pins and 12ml of oil in one muscle? I also believe that it was either daily or EOD injections.Originally Posted by marcus300
After reading that I couldn't imagine how anyone could go through it, but I suppose if your at a high level of competition it would be a little easier to pull the trigger on that decision. No less painful though.
