    Sodium chloride can be used exactly like bac water... Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride for injection has an extra preservative agent added into the solution called benzyl alcohol (BnOH). Benzyl alcohol is a colorless liquid that has low toxicity, and low vapor pressure. Sodium Chloride for injection is a single dose solution that does not contain any bacteriostatic, antimicrobial agents, and added buffers.

    Perfect answer. The important difference is Sodium Chloride will not preserve your hCG as long as Bac Water.
