Tron. Ketotifen is almost impossible to come by in Australia, and the pills are not available here. I bought 3 bottles of eye drops the other day. I could buy from the US but it could take weeks and Ill be in Thailand, dont want it to arrive whilst im not in the country. I read an article stating that Benadryl is an absolute waste of money, and is purely bro science. Do you agree with it?
Im pretty stimulant resistant Stem, so taking 4mL of clen & 10mg of Y/HcL is not really a big deal for me. Usually take both at about 6am fasted.
I generally do about 3-4 sessions of treadmill HIIT per week, lasting about 20-25mins. 30 second sprints at 19km/h followed by 55 seconds rest. 1 full body weight session per week also.
Diet:
Morning - 2 poached eggs, 1 medium bowl of all bran with fat free milk, 1 double shot coffee, a few cooked mushrooms
Snack - Double shot late & a sandwich
Lunch - Usually a serving of lean meat, salad & steamed veggies
Snack - can of tuna & a small tin of four bean mix
Dinner - Lean meat, salad & steamed veggies.
I really dont have the means to weigh my portions guys. I am in them military and I eat in the mess 3 times daily, so counting calories simply isnt an option for me.
