Never exceed over 110 grams of fat, and more than 350 carbs or more than 250 protein but make sure my total calories are at 3500 at the end of the night.
These macros are poor. What is your body type? Mesomorph? Cut your fat in half and send those macros to your protein intake.
I am a Mesomorph and my macros are 575pro/275carbs/70fat. 90% of my carb intake is pre/post workout (I lift in the mornings)
