To gain any significant benefit from peptides you must be committed to taking them for 3 months at a minimum, however 6 months is usually better. They provide slow and steady gains/losses in weight (depending on your goal), but the advantage to this is the results are much more permanent than drugs which cause rapid changes in body composition, and they have a much better safety profile with little to no side effects.

my night time sleeping cycle improved about ten bazillion percent from the very first night of using mod grf 1-29 and ghrp2. that didn't take 3 months and i consider it a significant benefit. since i sleep better, i wake up with more energy and am better prepared physically and mentally for my am workout. that's a pretty significant benefit. i do agree that there are areas where it does take time for "noticeable" changes to happen, but i don't think you have to pin 3 times per day and wait 3 months to begin feeling the difference.

for most (I think) the "benefits" bodybuilders/weightlifters seek is hyperplasia. This benefit really takes along time. Yes, there are other benefits that have a quicker turnaround, such as your observation suggests.

well i do agree with you both, i'm just trying to suggest that if you have real peptides, not chinese, that you would be noticing significant effects well before 3 or 6 months. peptides work for about 3 hours at a time (and then possibly have a residual effect), what you do with that 3 hour opportunity is up to you.
