    Absolutely...trauma to the injection site would cause inflammation and irratation.

    I'm rocking my first cycle. Test E 16 weeks 500 a week. Going to split it into 2 shots 250 each. I was planning on injecting my quads because it'll be easier for me to do myself. My quads are pretty lean. Would a 5/8 25g pin work ? I've ears so many different opinions.

    Your quads, even if lean are a big muscle so I would say never less than a 1" and bury it. 1.5" would be best. You will have enough meat there

    Make sure you rotate more than just quads...add delts and glutes for easiest results!

    Great post. I come from the healthcare industry and respectfully suggest 2 things you did not stress. WASH YOUR HANDS - SCRUB THE PISS OUT OF THEM (that is where staff lives and a staff infection can be horrible) I actually use nitrile gloves when injecting. Also be very careful not to touch the HUB of the needle, top of the syringe or shaft or the plunger. Of course it should go without saying never re-use needles or syringes

    Good write up bro, hopefully people will read it and stop asking so many PIP questions. One thing you could maybe add for all us cheaps out there is my hot shower method. Prep everything to be injected jump in a warm shower for about five mine lets you completly relax then jump out shoot up jump back in. Seemed to completly solve my PIP problems.

    I try to shower first more for being sterile but I have not seen a noticeable difference worth noting in regards to showering helping PIP...if it works for you then it is great. It def. can't hurt. Thanks for the input!

    I shower do a few squats then pin. Sounds stupid but no pip at all. Get some blood flowing.

    i remember having to pin my friend cause he coulnt deal with the pip on that cycle the alcohol was very high he would scream every time i would just laugh, it killed me but i always said no pain no gain.
