500mg Test is about average.

I began the Var in wk 2 to illustrate a beginners 6 wk cycle of Var, but that should have been wk 3.

Hey Mickey, thanks for the note. Was wondering if using a long ester, why not start the Var day 1 so you get some Var kicking in till the 4th week w/ the Test E? I am asking, I guess I got lucky and pointed something out that I didn't understand! Love when that happens, I look smart
