my diet right now is 3400 cals
300 g protein
80g fat
rest of cals come from carbs
most of my foods from "clean" food but if i want something ill just fit in my macros for the day
I'm on a pull/push/leg routine right now been injoying it a lot
I'm big on compound movements
for all my big lifts i go for 4 sets of 8 reps once i can do that with what weight I'm using ill move up in weight the following workout
just focusing on progress in someway every week in volume/weight r both !
