I've trained for years. Boxing, Ku Fu, lifting. high school wrestler. I used to run decca and sustanon then eq after week four. I am 28, 5 11" 176lbs start 183lbs now. BFP right around 10% now but havent had the full diagnosis to confirm at this moment. Diet consists of carbs in the morning and lots of steak and chicken for meals, nuts for snacks, bananas etc. protein shakes morning and afternoon with kale and oats except no oats in the morning. I havent ran a cycle in 5 years because I had a drinking problem and didnt want to ruin it and wanted to wait till I had it under control. I dont drink a drop and honestly, as far as personal life without alcohol is amazing and I'm looking forward to the positives of no alcohol while running this cycle. How long? 12 weeks but not at that dosage. for four weeks I run this dosage and will change depending on results. My metabolism is a bit different than before. But main thing my goal is to be lean and ripped while still building muscle. Hopefully that helps. Thanks for the question.
