Not at all.... M going through a cycle of var now... I would recommend you follow that over the next few weeks, Im have minor side effects and I've already gained a great amount of muscle and I still look feminine but I lift weights a lot. I'm also adding clen into the cycle... I would watch that over the next few weeks before putting her on test... I have a few female friends who do body building and they take tests and they look like dudes, I still look like a chick but I look athletic, huge difference.

    Three words for you:
    A NA VAR

Giving a woman testosterone is not a good idea.
and I wouldnt put her on 5-10 I would put her on twenty.

She will not BULK UP on Anavar. She WILL add some nice quality lean muscle mass while dropping fat as long as her diet and exercise support those goals. TESTOSTERONE is highly androgenic and will bulk her up and possibly cause some other unpleasant sides depending on the dose.

If she wants more muscle tone, get her on the weights... walking isn't going to cut it. Once she is committed to her training then think about adding anavar (absolutely not test!).

I would make sure her diet and training is bang on before introducing her to AAS.

She is incredible with what she has done so far, I think she will have fantastic results once she starts hitting the weights!
