I had the same thing happen and they called it a normal occurrence. Let it sit in warm water over night and the crystals dissolved.

If it's crytalizing that much then I am assuming the BA/BB ratio is bad and will do the same thing once injecting causing a hellish PIP. Did it hurt Jim?

No PIP i even called the lab and they said it happens. They told if the crystals didn't dissolve to return it to the pharmacy and have it replaced.
