My bed is above the party room at my apt complex and I just asked them of they would turn the bass down.

An hour later, music still going.

During that span, I texted one of the managers (soooo hot!) and let her know that my room is thumping and I ain't doing it!

Called the security but nothing yet.

I asked them to turn it down, not off.

I like to party but I respect others, especially on a Thursday!

Damn now we gotta burn the apartment building down too??

You should ask the apt manager to come over and hold you because you are scared and you don't like loud noises. Also that the only thing you can do to sleep in the traumatizing situations while holding a tit in your hand or mouth.
