    The less time your shutdown the easier the recovery. Recommending 14 week cycles is not smart if you want fast recovery. Shorter 8-10 short ester cycles are best. PCT should be 5-6 weeks you can taper down the doses.

    This is all debatable and would heavily depend on the ester used. Short 6 week blast cycles can be very effective if one follows Marcus's advise on prep'ing for short blast cycles!

    Totally agree!

    Short 6 wks blast can be very effective as Lunk mentioned - especially on HRT. Lots of info here regarding how to run them properly. I believe Ronnie has a thread in this as well as Marcus.

    The transparent truth is, i will be running 6-8 wks blasts for now on. No more long cycles for me.
