What you have done to yourself isnt that bad at all and you will recover fine, the best thing to do is not take stuiped advice like taking test e... (also the test e would have not had any effect on you or your sex drive in a few hours) just run a simple post cycle therepy PCT with nolvadex and a low dose of clomid just look in the pct section stickies and you will find an example PCT

One shot of test E would not have done anything so really it's more mental. That shot you took probably give you the placebo effect, I would do exactly what Charge527 said do a simple pct
Nolvadex 40/20/20/29
Clomid 100/50/50/50

Give it a couple of weeks and you will be back to normal. The reason you have lost your muscle is your diet when you stopped and the fact you didn't use test as a base. Do a lot more research before you contemplate AAS again. Good luck

I agree with this. test as a base is a must. If you are worried about your sex drive you can always try some TNE. It works within hours.
