Well thank you sir. From what I've read, it's possible because of the excess fat some how increases estrogen levels creating gyno. These are Internet doctors so I never took it to heart, I just always questioned it. Ill start doing more intense core workouts and see if this helps with a tweaked diet. I want to get to about 175 before summer. Does that sound about right? And then I went to go up to 195, 200 with muscle and maintain until I want to get bigger.

175 is fine based on your frame, but at any point you can decide to focus on slowly adding muscle with proper diet and workout. You have to remember as you add lean mass, you bf% will go down. Also if you maintain a proper cardio regiment while gaining lean mass you can still cut fat if done properly. IMO, you don't need to get to 175.... 190 or 185 would be perfect to turn it around and focus on toning and gaining lean mass.

Oh and BTW.... Anavar wouldn't do much to help in your current situation, so def no point in potentially affecting your endocrine system.

    Good Luck!
