    I'm trying to loose weight,about 6 kilos,wud you think I'm on track?

    sounds like your eating carbs with every meal, try keeping most of your carb intake limited to meal 1 and pre and post workout, make all your other meals protein/fat, eg: chicken and avocado

    how much cardio are you doing??
