First off to lose the tire. But I also would like some major LM. I dont care what i weigh. I hit it hard at the gym. I eat way clean. I think just bad genetics.
start with the sticky for cutting, its all in there, post your diet up then in nutrition section to mske sure it spot on before you start, since you have the clen on hand there is no harm to throw it in 2wk on/off to speed up the process, i like fasted cardio, 3-5 mornings a week i do 10k when cutting or just do 45mins at a decent jog before breakfast, it has to be on empty stomach this is the key, glycogen is depleted so body is basically forced to burn fat as its energy source, also no harm on some pwo cardio a couple of days a week aswell, you will be amazed the progress you make in 8 weeks if you get the diet spot on, plenty cardio and the clen if you choose to
then time to slowly increase cals and onto the lean bulk but dont worry about that yet, and I would just hang on for the 2 months before you start the cycle and you dont really have enough t3 to do alot with so keep that for the future, it wont go bad or anything
so first stop is get into that cutting thread, get it together and post it up in nutrition section, if you need any help before you post the diet then pm me and i'll give ya a hand, or if you dont have problems and post it up yourself, can you pm me with a link to it incase i miss it, you seem like your in the right frame of mind and serious about doing this so id like to follow your progress and offer any advise that i can along the way
