    Depends on your goals? I don't cheat much. I only miss the feeling of being full so my cheat is just eating more of the foods that fit in my meal plan so i have the sensation of being full. With that said i know lots of people that are firm believers in 1 or 2 cheat meals per week.

    Never looked at it that way. It is more of a full thing, definately when cutting. After almost every cheat meal I think to myself "really WTF that wasn't worth it I could have had ___ instead" then I spend all week thinking of the next spot.
