What's your TRT dose JV?

You should be able to run .25-.5mg of adex for 7-14 days (14 is MAX) and drop your E2. Letro is a bit harsher but if that's all you have, stick to the lower daily dose. Watch for symptomatic changes in sex drive and or joint/muscle pain emerging. Indicators that your E2 is dropping too fast.

I agree after 14 days most of the test is out of my system so there wouldn't be much left. Hopefully you would balance back out by them with out the need for an ai on the trt dose

TRT is 200mg/wk Test Cyp.

I have continued to run 1mg the past four days since dropping the test. I will drop to .5mg a day for the next ten days unless I start to feel like I am bottoming out. Don't want to go there. Not pleasant.

I do have Letro if it is advisable to switch.

I figured that the Test would be gone in 14 days, like you said, but had no idea how quickly E2 dropped along with it. I haven't needed an AI during TRT in the past, hopefully won't need it in the future.

E2 should fall quick if you are consistent with your AI. My E2 shot up to 295 a month ago. After 10 days of .5mg Adex daily (and still taking over 1G of test at that time) my E3 came down to 59. I dropped the Adex back to .25mg for 5 more days and my E2 was at 31.

I was surprised to find out mine was 307 a few weeks ago. Did .75mg every day for a week then upped it to 1g for a week when my new bottle came. Dropped back to .75mg per day for a while and blood work showed my E2 didn't drop.
