Hi and Nice job pulling off the surprise

My goals r to recover. Ankle done, rotator cuff coming up so the first half of year is a bust. But come June grab hold and hang on for the ride. I will start training heavy with weights where the monsters hang out . And I am going to do a cycle of hgh, anavar and clen. Come December, honey, I plan to be a lean mean fighting machine. Now I just mean . I am anxious to get past the injuries so I can get into the best shape EVER!!!

If you need me to come over and rub your boo boo's......? =)

That sucks TR. I remember those days. Squatting heavy at 9 or 10 at night really stinks....
