    Ideas for next contest/competition...

    Ok members of the board as we draw closer the end of The Bulk Classic, I would like to start prep for the next contest. There have been a lot of ideas about how the next one should run. Whether it should be a bulk comp. Or a cutter? Maybe we can just have a goals classic with multiple categories, being that most everyone on here is at different places in there life with there training/body goals.

    Some category ideas...

    1. Bulk
    2. Weightloss
    3. Strength gain in one or all of the three powerlifts.
    4.

    I'd like your help in making this decision, but please let's keep the argues to a minimum.

    #4 unconventional work out gains. Think full HIIT with 0 rest sets..... Full upper body in 30 min or less type stuff. Lets see some endurance come into play....

    Here's an idea- TRUE body fat. DXA Scan required for proof before and after. Getting tired of seeing all these 8% claims from guys that have done one cycle, lol.

    Hell no... I'm at 17-20% if I had to guess and I doubt I've ever been under 10% in my whole life; and I've been in the gym for 18 years busting my ass. I'm FAR from a bad ass in any way. I just find it absolutely amusing that there are dudes on here that are claiming to be at 7-8%; yet they have only done a cycle of DBol and think drinking Muscle Milk twice a day is a "diet".

    Those pics you posted are less than 14% imo

    I wish.... but thanks. I'll know for sure soon because I'm gonna go do the DXA scan and find out with 99% accuracy. Its worth the $100 just to know for sure.

    Just makes sense since this was a bulk classic that the next one be a cut classic!

    I would do a cut classic but pesty surgery coming up followed by months of rehab

    Yea... okay... but are doing it based on "visual" or would we doing it based on calipers, DXA, etc?

    That would be up to the contest designers and judges! DXA might not be available to everyone. I can only assume that it would be mostly visual change just like the bulk!

    I don't tell tales... if I did I'd say I was at 4-6% BF like everyone else on the forum with more than 1000 posts.

    Anyone under 10 is full of shit! These are the same people that "lose" fat. YOU CANNOT LOSE FAT WITHOUT SURGERY! You can only shrink fat cells. On cycle- even worse cause you're replacing fat with water!. Do some research... once you have fat- you DO NOT LOSE IT... it shrinks. People being at 8% is a myth for most. You can only be 8% if you've never had more than 8%. IF 99% of the members on this forum, both on and off cycle went and did a full body scan.... they'd be sadly disappointed to find out they are hovering over 15%. This myth of seeing abs has got to get squashed. "I see abs- therefore I'm 7%" is absolute bullshit. I have abs- I'm near 20%!!!!

    Bullshit... try crystal meth... single digit body fat within 4 weeks and you don't even need to go to the gym.
