    dan u seem like a pretty good dude and for the record i like u so far but i have to say u are so full of shit in this regard its ridiculous! 18-20% body fat is NOT lean i dont give a crap what u say! that means 1/5 of ur body weight is FAT!

    u have a distorted perception of reality when it comes to body composition.. period..

    Water weight- 35% of a fat cell's molecular structure. He was probably REALLY fat before and now he's holding water instead of fat in those cells.

    5'8 195 @ 8%.... I'm gonna call bullshit. I have 10 years in the gym more than you do and I'm only 190 and that's with 15% BF. If I dropped to 8% I would be around 170 lbs tops and completely shredded. I don't care if you did 100 cycles.... at 5'8 hitting 180 @ 8% is huge. Do you have any idea what 15 lbs of lean muscle mass looks like? You're close to being an IFBB pro at those stats you posted. You may weigh 195 lbs but sure as hell not at 8%. 30% maybe.. even 25% if you have enormous legs.....

    LOL... yea, 5'8 164.... I take my shirt off and its almost funny the way I'm shaped. I have a ectomorph type body... and love handles, lol. I'm one of those people that have a six pack, top 3 visible, the other 3 hiding under a belly. My bone structure is crazy... my wheels are laughable. My ankles are smaller than most people's wrists, lol. I'm genetically challenged, have tons of strength but the muscle mass just isn't there, lol. I've tried everything to ditch the belly fat.. isn't working. 12 miles of riding to the gym, 4 days a week, 1 hour of cardio on leg day, and I actually eat clean..... still have the love handles. You're talking to a guy that wears a 28 waist and has a belly hanging over... lol Thus, I have a feeling that my T levels are low; especially when I feel like my motivation is gone on pretty much most things. I've been living life for the last several years and my daily routine is miserable: gym, work, home, TV, to bed at 10:00, repeat x 7 days a week. No motivation to do anything really... Divorced, single, and don't care to go out "looking" for women, sex, etc....

    It is.... especially after all these McRib. I'm also A LOT more picky on my stats and I'm a firm believer that most people over estimate. Here is me on July 4 weekend. I say 18%-20% body fat. My legs need work, as does my chest and back. I'm just a little guy.... around 190 right now at last weigh in.

    Hey... I have big quads okay... hard to find shorts that fit right and don't make my calves look tiny. I have quite possibly the smallest ankles in the world. Its makes my legs look like they are gonna snap carrying me. That's why I have never bulked up top... I'd look dumb at your size. I spend soooo much time on my wheels and no matter what- I have a genetic flaw that I have yet to over come. My legs are really strong.... just don't have the growth and I've tried everything. BUT.. my abs distract away from my legs so....
