    1st you are on the right track. Congrats! Your diet seems to be paying off for you. But you really need to concentrate on diet and training a little more. As you grow you will need to eat more. This might be holding you back as you might still be on the same diet as you've been on for quite sometime. You need to adjust this in order to grow.

    Using AAS at your age puts you at a great risk for ED, fatigue and a few other undesirables that i'm sure you don't want any part of.

    I suggest you hit our Nutriton Section and Workout Forum to get better ideas. You have an abundance of natural hormones going thru you right now. Use them to the fullest.

    PH's are a big no. They are garbage and could screw you up just as bad.

    Yes, i've been on 3000kcal and 160g protein since I weighed 117, I've been considering stepping it up to 3500 or 4000kcal per day and 180g protein. I'm sometimes frustrated by how slow this process is though, my ideal physique would be that of Jeff Seid
