    Can someone please explain the part about deca to me? I thought it was good for your joints and also I to thought longer than 45 minutes of a strenuous weights session would result in elevated Cortisol levels. Can somebody help me out?

    Deca part is already explained above and a minor elevation in cortisol levels doesn't necessarily lead to the breakdown of muscle fibers.
