Hey guys
I'm in my 20s and everthing was going great then I switched my diet to only eat chicken breast and stay low fat and I take vits and omega 3 capsules 3 times daily, also make sure I'm eating my veggies make sure I go to bed on time so everything should be A- OK right ?? But for some reason the opposite happens... its like something wrong with my body, I can't sleep, my focus went way down, I can't pass concentration excercise on my educational computer game that I used to get high scores, don't feel that high sex drive stopped thinking about sex the whole time like I used to, for example I was on a date and she was ok looking in good shape but had a little bit of a racoon face so I was like **** it I'm not going to try that hard but in the past I jumped on girls uglier than her ....
I just don't understand where did all my testosterone go ??
