    Have Low Testosterone ... What's Wrong With Me T__T

    Hey guys

    I'm in my 20s and everthing was going great then I switched my diet to only eat chicken breast and stay low fat and I take vits and omega 3 capsules 3 times daily, also make sure I'm eating my veggies make sure I go to bed on time so everything should be A- OK right ?? But for some reason the opposite happens... its like something wrong with my body, I can't sleep, my focus went way down, I can't pass concentration excercise on my educational computer game that I used to get high scores, don't feel that high sex drive stopped thinking about sex the whole time like I used to, for example I was on a date and she was ok looking in good shape but had a little bit of a racoon face so I was like **** it I'm not going to try that hard but in the past I jumped on girls uglier than her ....

    I just don't understand where did all my testosterone go ??

    Please post your stats and a sample diet with cals and macro' please.

    Your test is probably fine an your libido is suffering. I guess you have cut complex carbs completely?

    I used to keep food diary to make sure I eat 150g prots 100g carbs 75g fats daily then I was **** it and stopped because what's the point in recording same crap every day

    You ate like that everyday for how long?

    Been on cycle and ran a pct?

    Had blood work done?

    26/153/9% approx/6'2 couple months/no/no

    Maybe I was stuck in cutting phase for too long so I could see my abs?

    Less than 1490 cals, even at 153lbs is too low for you buddy.

    Why don't you take it up to 2000cals which is your likely maintenance. 200g each of protein and barbs and 45g if fat. See how you feel within a couple of weeks.

    Get blood work done if you are that concerned although poor libido isn't always linked with low test levels.

    Yeah ok thx bro Ill up the cals. Gonna go to grocery store to get loaded on some red meat just to be sure.

    Well but that's good right cos I just read on yahoo testosterone is derived from cholesterol so I'm gonnaa pop some polish kielbasa to give me those extraa 300 cals to boost me to 2000

    Come on bro don't hate at me what else can I eat this late at night to boost me to 300 cals of lean prot today I already had 3 scoops of wheybolic ...

    Egg whites
    Fish
    Steak

    Doesn't matter what time of day it is. I sometimes eat chicken or steak for breakfast. Spread your protein better throughout the day.

    You do need fats for hormones, steroid hormones especially, so Testosterone, and even adrenal steroids may be off if they didnt have enough to make hormones from. But also, if you are going to cut your carbs you have to increase something otherwise your overall intake is low. You dont need heaps of fat, 100g at the most, some may disagree. Depends on your size. Also, when you decrease down your calories, you thyroid levels can go to shit. You will feel like shit, much the same as when your test is low. Sex drive will suffer from low thryroid. Also a certain amount of insulin is required to keep t4 converting to the active t3(thyroid) so don't cut your carbs under 50...id say. Play with it. I however had the theory to still cut carbs completely yet take in over 400g or protein a day. I felt fine and got down to a very dry 6% bodyfat. Your body can make glucose from protein and it will in the absence of carbs at about 40% per gram, respectively, this is called gluconeogenises, so in theory your thyroid shouldnt lower as long as you push the protein. Utilizing gluconeogenises probably results in similar glucose rises as a very, very low glycemic carbohydrate...in theory. In fact, years ago good old Dan Duchaine theorized one could even do this using insulin and still not go hypoglycemic. I wouldnt do that...but i do take 5mg of bromociptine a day which increases insulin sensitvity and can and did make me hypoglycemic if i cut my carbs and increased fat...got sweaty, threw up, and put on my ass. But with keeping fat the same and upping the protein that has not happend

    Well I tried upping cals up to 2000 first day it worked and I went to sleep really good, then tried it the next day and I couldn't go to sleep again. Then I tried stop using electronics before bed for 2 days didn't work, then I ate a whole bunch of cookies before, affter workout and before bed and I went to sleep @ 10 but woke up @ 2am feeling extremely stressed ...

    So idk what is happening to my body I am going to have to cut out all supplements and exsercise because its all useless if it results in excersice caused insomnia its like I'm trying to sleep but my heart keeps pumping up like crazy.
