Probably something along the lines of this would be good for lean gains:
Week 1-18 Test E @ 250mg - 300mg week
Week 1-16 EQ @ 600mg week
Week 9-16 Tren E @ 400mg - 600mg week (starting tren here keeps gains coming while EQ starts to kick in)

A blast usually utilizes short ester compounds that provide fast results, because the blast itself is rather short, usually about 8 weeks. Therefore a slow, weak compounds like Eq. is useless.
Aside from that, Eq. is useless even if you cycle it for a solid year at a gram a week.
