All the workouts your not eating enough. Ur eating less then your caloric needs are. Ur on the right path with what your taking (creatine, post workout etc). But it's all worthless if ur not getting enough calories. Do u have any idea how many calories u consume a day is compared to ur tdee?
Agreed! Gaining size = taking in more cals then u burn. Achieve this by eating smaller meals but eating more often like every 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The nutrition forums will tell u all about this.
