it's not a single thing.

I've incorporated 30 minutes of moderate cardio after each work out. I workout 3 days out of 4
I've substantially reduced my carb intake to more or less mornings only. Then it is only rolled oats. I do eat til i'm full, and not experiencing any hunger.
And I've started the GW.

Plus my metabolism goes up every time you pm me! =)
