trying to bulk above 5 lbs of your current lean body weight = waste of time, bad for your health and huge waste of money. U can add more lean mass in the same time as bulking and cutting, its simple get a dexter scan (body pod) find out what you should be eating to grow and eat that amount of food adjusting as you need every 8 weeks.

diets dont work the way we want them to, they have very high rebound rate and failure rate. Hardly ever custom made for the individual. lifestyle choices how ever do work.. keep bulking and you will be like every other guy in the gym " bro im bulking" ( for the last 9 years ..)

with out steroids our body can put little muscle on in a year, If every **** who was bulking was gaining 1lb a week of lean muscle mass x4 x 12 = huge ****s every where, but the reality is gaining like .3-.5 lean muscle mass a month maybe less.

now go to the fridge and pull out 1lb on raw chicken breast, place it on scales , make sure its 1lbs. now hold it in your hand feel it, look at its limp dense form. Heck if you are bored , stand in a mirror and place it by ur pec, ur bicep, ur lat, ur quads.. where ever. ( dont even start thinking "idiot" i work my whole body so that is divided everywhere. ) That is not lean mass u are putting on!!

ur loading your muscle with water and carbs and gaining a dangerous amount of fat that can impair ur health. ur weight is going up. but again its water and carbs filling out muscles and fat. and maybe this month after hard working and your dirty bulk u have gained 0.2 lean muscle mass. and 3 -5lbs of fat and water. Congrats. waste of time and money.

go get your dexter scan, and start with that. u would be amazed at things like how heavy your brain is, bone density and fat mass.
