I could use some advice for more wife.

    Background....

My wife {37yo} has lost about 130 pounds. She has gone from around 290 to 160 on a low carb, high protein diet. She looks great now but has really low muscle mass. She is far from a gym rat but does walk for excercise and is looking to firm up a bit doing mild resistance training like squats and situps.

    So our question is this....

It am on TRT and have plenty of extra Test cyp. Would it benefit her to take a small dose of test?
Her goal is to continue to lose fat while gaining some lean muscle mass.
If so, what dose would you recommend? 25mg a week?
She is also wondering how/if test will alter her monthly cycle.

    Any advice will be appreciated..

    Thank You
Test is absolutely not good for a woman unless she wants to be a bodybuilder and basically turn into a dude...Let's just put it this way, transgenders who want to be a man take testosterone...They grow beards, deep voice, male pattern baldness, acne, increase size of clit, shrinking breast size....list goes on and on...

Like they say, anavar is a good choice for women....

^ ^ ^ ^ ^ Agree with this 100% Test is absolutly a no go for women. Test is a male hormone and introduced into a females body will cause her devolop male characteristics. If shes is going to consider any AAS, then var is they way to go. HOWEVER, she is still going to have to go the gym, no if, ans, or buts. Or else shes just wasting her money on the var, and not with just the little 5lb dumbells either., shes gonna need to have the discipline to really push herself if theres gonna be any chance of building muscle. THERE IS NO EASY WAY OUT. AAS or no AAS, no gym is just simply not an option
