On a more serious note, lactation does not normally happen with just high prolactin because it also needs higher levels of oxytocin. Oxytocin is produced during childbirth and helps in the mother bonding to the child and not immediately killing it. Fathers also get a spike of oxytocin when they touch their children...also resulting in them not killing their own kids.
Now, oxytocin goes up after orgasm and also when you are anxious.

On a side note, here is the explanation for the production of prolactin + oxytocin in males after sex: Evolutionary Behavioral scientists believe that without this 2 chemical mechanism, most males would pump and dump, so as to speak. You would ejaculate and go find another female to share your seed with. This is evolutionary bad because children need the committed resources of both the father and mother to survive.
The production of prolactin temporarily suppresses your sex drive so that you don't run away from your woman to find a new one. The oxytocin then causes bonding to happen, i.e, will you be my girlfriend...here is a box of chocolates...here is some dinner...want me to drive you everywhere?...here is a shiny new purse dear!!!
