You know, i didn't think I was ready. I just went and looked for the sake of looking, not expecting to really go ahead and adopt, but as soon as a saw her I knew.

I hear you bro, my wife and daughter are talking about getting another one so soon after we put down our last dog...im not feeling it quite yet it just seems almost disrespectful to him...idk maybe im being to sensitive....

Not at all...I remember how you felt when it happened. I'm sure that you feel like I do...I dont know if I'm ready to deal with that loss that comes way to soon with animals. Besides I'm not sure with things in my life that have changed since we had a puppy last, that it would be fair for the dog. We are home very rarely now and I dont have near the time to devote to a dog. These considerations must always be considered!
