HAHAHA yeah, i knew someone would comment about this.... I get really thirsty. I bought a half a gallon cooler at walmart to find out how much water was i really intaking daily and i carry it mostly in the gym, i workout for 2 hrs from 5am-7am and some days i drink more some days i drink less but i drink 2-3 while working out. Just get really really thirsty!!! I dont force myself to drink water, i just drink when im thirsty which is all the time!!!
